Galerie Gosserez is pleased to present, on the occasion of France Design Week, the first solo exhibition of Lukas Cober, a young German designer who lauched his eponymous studio in Maastricht in 2018.

He focuses his work on unique furniture collections and concentrates on raw materials to create minimalist pieces with timeless beauty. In just over two years, he has developed a unique identity, between art and design, whose recognition is well established.

Through this exhibition, the Galerie Gosserez highlights two major creative lines :
The «Kuro» collection, made of solid wood, offers architectural lines, a clear drawing and a work of wood of great finesse.
In addition, the «New Wave» collection, designed from a mixture of fiberglass and resin, presents more organic shapes, inspired by a certain aesthetics of the surfing industry.

Lukas Cober creates living, fine and elegant objects, equally resistant and sculptural.
