The "Penzai" sculptural floor lamp by Emma Donnersberg

French designer and interior architect Emma Donnersberg has created a new collection of light sculptures in collaboration with artist Abel Cárcamo. The "Penzai" light collection is handcrafted in a composite material with marble powder or bronze. As its name suggests, it is inspired by the Chinese art of the penzai, the potted cultivation of a sinuous, elegantly balanced tree, also known in Japan as the art of bonsai.
